Fair Access establishes an equitable balance in Internet access across broadband services by service plan for all HOTSPOTPR.NET customers regardless of their frequency of use or volume of traffic. WEBSITES & ILLEGAL USE

Any Web site hosted on an HOTSPOTPR.NET Internet Connection must conform to local, state and federal ordinances. HOTSPOTPR.NET does not allow the hosting or storage of Pornographic or P2P File Sharing, or any other type of File Sharing on our systems. Subscriber assumes all risky; associated with copyright restrictions, trademark restrictions, confidentiality limitations, trade secrets, patent restrictions or any other intellectual property, tangible or intangible rights associated with all electronic content which is downloaded or uploaded using HOTSPOTPR.NET Services. HOTSPOTPR.NET reserves the right to exclude video over IP and voice over IP services for its own use and may or may not grant exclusive licenses for an additional fee to any user wishing to use or provide live or recorded video or voice over IP telephone services over its network. Any activity that violates the above items degrades, or impacts HOTSPOTPR.NET network is grounds for immediate suspension or termination of HOTSPOTPR.NET services at HOTSPOTPR.NET sole discretion. This will also be deemed breach of contract and subscriber will be charged remaining months of the service agreement.

RESALE

Subscriber is expressly prohibited from reselling any Services provided hereunder. Subscriber is prohibited from hosting any website dedicated to the sale or dissemination of any unlawful goods or services. The use of these Services in connection with any matter or thing, which violates any municipal, Mate, county, or federal law or ordinance is prohibited, and subscriber shall indemnify and hold harmless HOTSPOTPR.NET, its officers, directors, shareholders, agents and employees from any and all claims, liabilities, damages or expenses, including attorneys fees, arising out of or resulting from the use by Subscriber of the Services provided herein.

Equipment Ownership

Any equipment provided by HOTSPOTPR BROADBAND INTERNET, LLC to facilitate the service is the sole property of HOTSPOTPR BROADBAND INTERNET, LLC. Equipment supplied may be new or reconditioned. You will not tamper with, modify damage, alter, and fail to maintain, destroy, resell, or remove the equipment from the installed premises. If such action occurs, you will pay HOTSPOTPR BROADBAND INTERNET, LLC the full replacement cost of the Equipment, plus a minimum service charge of $100. Upon termination of the Service for any reason, subscriber will immediately return the Equipment to HOTSPOTPR BROADBAND INTERNET, LLC. HOTSPOTPR BROADBAND INTERNET, LLC retains all rights to recover possession of the Equipment from you. Failure to return the equipment may also subject subscriber to criminal prosecution by HOTSPOTPR BROADBAND INTERNET, LLC under articles 1165 and 166 of the penal code of Puerto Rico.

Tampering

You agree not to change the electronic serial number or equipment identifier of the Adapter, or to perform a factory reset of the Adapter, without express written permission from HOTSPOTPR BROADBAND INTERNET, LLC  in each instance which HOTSPOTPR BROADBAND INTERNET, LLC , in its sole discretion, may deny. You agree not to disrupt the Service or make any use of the Service that is inconsistent with its intended purpose or to attempt to do so. HOTSPOTPR BROADBAND INTERNET, LLC, in its sole discretion, may terminate your Service without advance notice should you tamper with the device.

Theft of Service

You agree to notify HOTSPOTPR BROADBAND INTERNET, LLC immediately if the Adapter is stolen or if you become aware at any time that your Service is being stolen or fraudulently used. You must provide a detailed description of the circumstances of the theft or stolen or fraudulent use of the Service and supply any additional documentation reasonably requested by HOTSPOTPR BROADBAND INTERNET, LLC. Failure to do so in a timely manner may result in the termination of your Service and additional charges.
