\t\t\tDoes the weather conditions affects the service?<\/p>\n

No. The frequency is not affected by the weather.<\/p>\n

\t\t\tDo I need a phone line for the service?<\/p>\n

No. We use wireless technology, eliminating the need for any dedicated phone line.<\/p>\n

\t\t\tHow many computers can I connect?<\/p>\n

The installation includes the connection of one computer. But if you’re interest in connect other computers we can provided you (for an additional cost) with a Router and Wi-Fi wireless network services for your home. This service required additional equipment (Router). Other charges applied for equipment, installation and configuration.<\/p>\n

\t\t\tWhat is the Fair Access Policy?<\/p>\n

\t\t\tWhat is the Spot Break?<\/p>\n

No, Fair Access Policy (FAP) only applies to residential services.<\/p>\n

\t\t\tAre wireless and satellite the same?<\/p>\n

No. The wireless service is a terrestrial signal that is used to transfer information over a distance without the use of wires. These systems are used to connect two fixed locations with a radio or other wireless devices. \u00a0These connections are faster than satellite because the satellite has to travel more miles to receive the signal causing long delays when downloading data and also the service is rather slow when uploading.<\/p>\n

\t\t\tHow can I pay for the service?<\/p>\n

We receive only Credit Card payments. \u00a0<\/p>\n

\t\t\tWhy HOTSPOTPR.NET does not charge taxes “IVU” on my bill?<\/p>\n
